What is included in an MCS exhibitor stand?
Every stand arrives built. The construction is a shell scheme covering printed backdrop walls, carpet, light fittings, a power extension, stools and high tables. Every exhibitor is also listed in the programme, carries a company profile in the event app with logo, description, images, links and a map point of interest, and appears in the printed Show Passport handed to every visitor at entry. Exhibitors are announced across the MCS Instagram and Facebook channels, and the co-hosted giveaway is open to every exhibitor.
What stand sizes are available at MCS 2027?
Eight sizes, from 3 × 2 m at 6 m² up to 10 × 6 m at 60 m². Custom builds can be proposed at any size.
How much does an exhibitor stand cost?
Stand prices depend on the size of the stand. Send an enquiry through the form on this page and the team will email you the full price list along with the exhibitor pack. All prices exclude VAT, and exhibitors carry their own insurance.
How is my stand location decided?
Stand location is allocated by application rather than chosen from the plan. Tell us the size you want and roughly where you would like to be, and the team will confirm what is available.
Can I change or upgrade the stand build?
Yes. Screens, storerooms, counters, extra seating, ceiling structures and planting can be added to any size, and both enclosed and open builds are available. Custom builds can be proposed at any size. Furniture and design elements may be mixed between concepts subject to availability, and equivalent alternatives may be proposed.
Is insurance included in the stand price?
No. Exhibitors carry their own insurance. All prices exclude VAT.
Who will be walking the exhibition floor?
MCS 2027 expects 3–5K visitors across the two days, alongside 80+ speakers. The floor draws medical and scientific professionals, investors, licensed operators, regulators and policymakers, brand builders and the wider community.
