Sponsor questions
What can I sponsor at MCS 2027?
Six routes, and you can take one or several. A sponsor package, an area or stage, an event, physical branding across the venue, a position in the printed Show Passport, or visibility on our social channels and in the event app. Almost everything is exclusive to a single sponsor for the whole summit, so what is available changes as partners commit.
How much does sponsorship cost?
Sponsorship is quoted rather than listed, because most partnerships end up being a package plus one or two other things rather than anything off a shelf. Send an enquiry through the form on this page and the partnerships team replies by email with the full pack and every figure in it, including the Founding Edition rates for 2027. All figures exclude VAT.
Do I have to take a package to sponsor MCS?
No. Every area, event, branding position and individual item can be taken on its own, without a package. Sponsoring one space with your name on it is a normal way to partner with MCS.
Can we partner in kind instead of paying a fee?
Yes. MCS runs contra partnerships for technology, travel, accommodation, media, beverage, telecommunication, printing and gift partners. You supply what you already do, at an agreed value, and you receive the benefits of the package level your contribution matches.
What kind of people attend MCS 2027?
MCS 2027 expects 3–5K visitors across the two days, alongside 80+ exhibitors and 80+ speakers. The audience is medical and scientific professionals, licensed operators, investors, regulators and policymakers, brand builders and the wider community, at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali, Malta, on 22–23 October 2027.
