Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They are short because the site sells nothing: exhibiting and sponsorship are agreed in writing, and tickets are not on sale here yet.

Who these terms are with

And what this site is for, which is the thing most of what follows depends on.

The operator

This site is operated by the organiser of the Mediterranean Cannabis Summit:

[TBC:legal-entity]
Level 2, Bilom Buildings, 3, Triq Mro. Frank Galea, Żebbuġ ZBG 2870, Malta
VAT and company number [TBC:legal-vat]

Referred to below as MCS, we or us. Contact: hello@mcs.com.mt.

Using the site means accepting these terms

If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them, and the date at the top of this page is when they last changed.

What this site is

It is information about MCS 2027, an industry summit and trade exhibition taking place on 22–23 October 2027 at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali, Malta. The conference is a medical and scientific programme for professionals, and the exhibition floor is open to trade and to the public.

What this site is not

  • It is not a shop. Nothing is sold here, there is no basket and no payment is taken.
  • It is not an offer. Nothing on this site, including any description of a stand, a sponsorship route or a partnership, is an offer capable of acceptance. Those are agreed in a separate written contract, and that contract is what binds either side.
  • It is not advice. Nothing here is legal, medical, regulatory or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as any of them.

Tickets, and things that may change

An event two years out will not be exactly the event announced today, and this section is where that is said out loud.

Tickets are not sold here

No ticket can be bought on this site. The tickets page names the ticket types and takes your email address so we can tell you when sales open. When they do, tickets will be sold through a ticketing platform, which has not been appointed [TBC:ticketing]. That platform will carry its own terms of sale, and MCS will publish the ticket terms, including anything about refunds, transfers and admission, before sales open. Those terms will govern a ticket purchase. These ones do not.

The programme will change

Speakers, sessions, timings, exhibitors, areas and the evening programme are all subject to change, and some of them will. The dates and the venue are confirmed: 22–23 October 2027, at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre, Ta' Qali. If either ever changes we will say so on this site and to anyone on the mailing list.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it is always available. Where a figure or a fact is not yet settled, this site is built to leave a visible gap rather than fill it with a guess.

Content, and how to use it

The short version: read it, quote it, link to it. Do not take the brand.

What belongs to us

The Mediterranean Cannabis Summit name, the MCS name, the logo, the brand system and the text, photography, layout and code of this site belong to MCS or to the people we licensed them from. You may read the site, print a page for your own use and link to any page on it.

You may not reuse the brand, republish the content as your own, or present yourself as connected to MCS without our written permission. Press and partners who need logos and images should ask us, and we will send them.

Using the site properly

  • Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not scrape it in order to republish it.
  • Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful, abusive or automated. Both forms carry a trap for automated submissions, and a submission that trips it is discarded.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out, including to Google Maps and to our web designer. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them. What Google's embedded map does on your device is covered by the cookie policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MCS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from relying on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law, and getting hold of us

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

Privacy and cookies

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy. What is stored on your device, and how to change it, is in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.
